No AI, no loops, no autotune, not a computer chip in sight. Just straight forward rock ‘n’ roll. We pulled this out the other night at rehearsal. Drummer bought a new cowbell and this was the first song that came to mind. We managed to pull off the double harmony intro into the solo.
My God it felt good.

Mark Farner is a Northern Michigan guy- lives a couple hours north of where I live. Seems like a nice guy based on interviews but also a little whacky.
Never really got into the band personally.

Lots of bands still eschew digital crap. I very rarely use any digital gear except once in a great while plugging into my laptop.
Mostly I tend to think digital gear is gay- sounds good but is gay and generic sounding.

I do miss the old days. America kind of sucks now. I miss the long hairs, the partiers, the rabble rousers and anti-establishments types, the punk rockers etc. This place is depressing now . A real sh!thole. lol

Now make a list of all the Rock bands making music in 1973. Just band after band of top notch Rock music. SO many not only good but GREAT albums during that time and this was AFTER the Beatles split up. We were lucky to have been around then.

Check out THIS 1973 album list:
