Hi,
I never got round to introduce myself so to make up for my 'misdemeanour', my cover, (Lead/Rhythm guitars, especially like my rhythm track) of my favourite Pink Floyd song and Gilmour solo, Time plus (Breathe Reprise).
I didn't want to 'mess' with the solo so I stick as close as I can/care to. I sent the track to my mate and he added the vocals.

Rather than have to look at my fretboard for the tracks entirety I have added a bit of a 'Movie' to entertain you, hope you enjoy.

Welcome. Nice way to introduce yourself.

I could be picky about the way sometimes the guitar is a bit ahead of or behind the groove when it should be on it, or that the singer is maybe not as good as you might like, but man, when you do the solo it is dead frickin on. Keep on putting your stuff up.

Thanks Trumpet Rider, is this on the rhythm ahead/behind ? I will have a re listen in any case. I prefer improvement opportunities rather than 'blowing smoke' , so again thanks for the feedback.

Well, like I said, if I were being picky...the single guitar notes in the intro up until the vocals begin don't always hit right on beat. The rhythm playing throughout sounds good, and as I said before, the solo knocks it out of the park.

As for the singer, he did fine. If we were to hear this exact performance live in a bar it would be extremely impressive.

Yes I get that now on the single notes. Those simple notes proved tricky especially trying to get the echo repeats in time, apart from anything else.
Live in a Bar (remember that !) yes a few beers makes everything sound better !
Again thanks for the feedback much appreciated, keeps me focussed on the detail on my current project.
