I’ve listened to a few videos, and while one video sounded really good, the others didn’t wow me. What amp did you try It with?

So far I tried it IFO the Mesa Boogie Lonestar. I got it to sound just ok and to be fair, I need more time with it just like that before I move on to the loop and the Marshall.

I don't expect it to sound like a Soldano SLO. I just expect it to sound great. Too early in the game to make a judgement on it. Just got back with the Mrs from a 3 day getaway and played for like 10 minutes while twisting knobs. We shall see!

I got home and just played with it for a bit. Sounds good but not great. I Need more time with it and to try it on both amps before I have a real opinion. I also want to try it in the loop as well. Sorry. I know that's not much help. So far I'm not bowled over.

This is my experience with every single Amp in a Box that has come out. And honestly - an amp isn't great because of one thing - it's the sum of its parts.

Soooon the pedal and the micro amp have the same controls and are about the same price.
Are they prettty much the same you think?

Hello, you fine bunch of fellows. This is just a tiny, sloppy, quick clip of the pedal into the old iPhone. Totally clean channel of the Mesa Lonestar. The Soldano pedal and ns-2 noise gate.

The volume is at a civilized apartment level.. in other words, not loud, not low. I'm digging it.

I finally tried mine out this evening. It's a very good pedal with a lot of potential. I'm not quite ready to say that it's as good as the Revv G3, but I honestly doubt it at this point. Does it sound like an actual SLO amp? I have no idea because I've never had the opportunity to play one. That's because lame-assed Guitar Center won't stock one for anyone to try out, yet they expect people to pay $4000.00+ for an amp they've never plugged into. I digress.

Anyway, the pedal is nice and I can totally see myself using it in the future.
