There's a fine line between advertising cost and bankruptcy!

Nah, you're right. Vin's a free lifelong customer. I'll just make sure not open up too close to him, then... my culinary skills are about as good as my Japanese anyway. I should give Vin free pizza and whatever doesn't kill him or send him to the toilet for the 24 hours goes on the menu. A gastronomic crash test dummy. @Vinsanitizer I have a business proposal... :D
:D
Hmmm. Sometimes pizza can bind you up in a bunch for a couple days, and then you need a jackhammer and jaws-of-life to get things flowin' again. But I've never heard of pizza giving anyone the skits, ya know? See what ahm sayin'?

Aye, the jackhammer.

...but this just means you ain't been to PelliX's Pizza Place. :D Where the customer dies (and comes) first and the chef is acquitted of all charges.

Being allergic to milk products and lactose, pizza gives me the opposite effect. Not good when you are out in public with no shitter anywhere to be found so i just don't eat it anymore.

The Indian cuisine refers to this as Vind-a-loo Quicklee.

Can relate. Years ago, I ordered from Pizza Hut one night for me and my sons. I got pepperoni on their half and pork sausage (back when they offered that) on my side. Well, my side had exactly TWO sad little pieces of sausage on it.

I called and asked for a manager. When he got on the phone, I asked, "Have you folks stopped using ingredients over there?"

Fast food workers have the biggest "I don't give a shit" attitude I've seen.

the thing that gets me most was his reply about being able to resale the pizza
had i not pulled the cheese off the second piece. makes me wonder how many times
ive gotten pizza that was rejected by a previous customer thats taken it out of the store
or maybe even made it to their house with it.

this pizza joint is really popular as it stays open to 3AM when everybody else shuts down
at midnight. only 2 locations.

LOl never trust restaurants!!!! My first real job as a kid was being a dishwasher at Manero's Steak House in Syosset NY. Waiter comes in with a platter of 1/2 eaten food. I go to dump the leftovers in the trash, cook..no really a chef, yells at me to save the green beans, peas and mashed potatoes? They took the half eaten veggies and threw them back into the big bowl for each vegetable and then served those leftovers to new diners!!! No BS. They also took half eaten steak, chopped into little pieces and fed the workers with it.

I told everyone I could about what they were doing.....I just looked now and they are closed...

I was on my way home from the hospital about a week ago, with my mom and my wife. We stopped at a BK cause we were hungry but wanted to stay on the road and keep moving. My mom ordered a whopper with cheese, small fries and a Coke. My wife and I both ordered the bacon king sandwich, large fries, I had Coke with mine, she got iced tea with hers.

So, in short, it was just 3 simple combo meals, nothing fancy, nothing special, and nothing extra.

Total came out to $47 and some change. I was shocked!

When we got to the window, there was a sign indicating that they were hiring. Starting wage: $16.50/hour.

Disgusting. Not the food, mind you. The food was okay. But that whole thing disgusted me.

If I want to do a pizza night for the family and I'm forced to order some garbage like Pizza Hut (the McDonald's of pizza chains, y'know, I don't expect a gourmet pie or anything close to it from there, I expect garbage, and I'm almost never disappointed) it's typically well over $100.

I'm not really sure what point I'm trying to make here, if any at all.

It's just.. disgusting.
