No sound from my TSL 601. Recently serviced and repaired to stop it buzzing. Switches on ok and valves all ok, but no sound when guitar plugged in ???? Any ideas ??? Possiblly a blow fuse any advice appreciated thanks.

yeah... but, do know that, most times a fuse blows, it blows for a reason, & it's best to try & find that reason 1st, before you go plopping in another fuse...

Could be a faulty tube, but could be anything.

Did it work, when you got it back from the shop?

Can you tell exactly what has been repaired
previously, maybe check the receipt?

There are lots of push on connectors inside
those amps, maybe a cable wasnt reconnected
firmly and came loose?

But really, like JSnell pointed out, there are
quite a few things that can result in no
sound, those amps have extra circuitry
besides amplification. It needs to be examined
methodically from input to output if its not
something minor like a bad input jack for
example.

I think it would be the best to bring the amp
back to the shop where it has been repaired
before, they'll figure it out.

What you can do for now is plug your guitar
directly into the effects return and see if you
get sound. (Maybe the Mastervolume has to
be turned up or the looplevel button switched
for this test.)

Do you get sound doing this?
