Love the color - very sweet! I'm not a fan of pick guards so the first thing I'd do is lose that and the toggle switch indicator (I guess you can't say pok3r ch!p around here lol). Let that entire finish show off!

Congrats on that kick ass geetar Bro! Tobacco Burst is one of my favorites! I have a 2000 LP Standard with the 60's thin profile neck in that same color, I will die with it, love it and its nice and heavy!

I LUV the color.

It's tobacco but, IMO, it's a black burst with a brown/tan center.

VERY sharp.

I’m not sure. Gibson says Burstbuckers but the guy I got it from was using some kind of number 138? I can’t remember.

I like that color , I have heard about the 50’s necks. Never played one yet. I’m sure you will use it well!
I have a new LP today to, only vinyl LP . Lol

My first good guitar was a ‘59 Les Paul Jr. double cut with fat neck. I have a 1952 ES-175 with that 50’s fat neck. I love it.

Picked this up yesterday. Been on the hunt for another 335 but with a chunky neck OR a nice Les Paul. Hardly anything in the way of 335’s in my neck of the woods. This LP came up and was checking all the boxes. Standard 50’s, so chunky neck, Tobacco burst with some nice figure on the face. My pics don.t do it justice but here it is.
Need to do a setup. Action is way too low for me and need my Skinny Top Heavy Bottom strings but sounds great.
