Very nice and well sounding 50 watt. Will change the +40 years old filter cabs. Tubes also.
One tubes socket is not original - so I will change that also.
It is a scandinavian model so it has the extra fuses inside. A fine specimen I think.

awesome and congrats!!!
I had an 83 jcm800 2204 Canadian export. I'd love to see the insides of yours.
here is mine.
In this photo filter and bias caps had just been replaced.
The original filter caps were a lime green color.

Gutshots posted.

The amps are almost identical except for the messy wiring somebody has done on mine while changing a tube socket.. 😁

Ooh lovely, I like, a JMP they are lovevy

I have a 76 Jmp with the metal switches, and small logo, transition model when they used the bits in the warehouse to cobble the amps together. The 100W JMP Master Model that Scotty and Robbo used on Jailbteak. Beaten to death in the clubs and bars through the 80s and 90s... but had it fully restored few years ago by a Marshall trained technition

It is very very loud but it does not overdrive that much. More like an early Who sound... but it turns into Van Halen 2 when I add the vintage Tube Screamer pedal xxxxx
Thanks bud will get it out soon and post a few riffs. Its fab mate xxx
No ego here just into tone and Marshalls xxx

Looking forward to that. I like that Thin Lizzy sound a lot.

You should get a fair amount of distorsion from a cascaded circuit. Maybe have a tech go over the amp, or if you can, do it yourself. Very nice clean looking amp btw. Congrats!!:)

Thanks. Yes it has great distortion.
I have already alerted my usual tech to have a look at it - and ordered needed parts; new caps, tubes etc. :)
