Will get some proper images tomorrow. Anyone know how to upload videos will do a. Sound clip too...
Nice! You can't upload videos to the forum, you'll need to upload them to a site the host's videos (youtube, google drive...) and post a link here.

It looks awesome set up in my bedroom!! So I stuck everything on 10 apart from Volume 2 and it sounded like a flubby mess. So definately couldnt get an VH 1 which I have see from other videos or Pete Thorn's videos. Even sticking a Boss GE-7 in front doesnt help the flub. Anyone got any advice?
In all stocked with the amp definately feels more 3D and fuller sounding than the SV20H which I could keep both haha but ah well. I will aim to try and post a video at some point next week... Screenshot_2023-03-19-19-38-58-248_com.google.android.apps.photos.jpg

🧐 Hmm.

On my ‘72 Lead spec JMP50 I can dime everything except the normal volume and get a perfectly well defined tone. I’ve heard lots of guys here say that can’t get a tight enough sound with the bass up, and I don’t know if there’s something different about their amps. You can certainly try backing off the bass until your tone tightens up.

Same here, everything dimed, and it was still well defined, at least that's what I remember going into the High Treble input only. I'll have to try it again tomorrow to verify. Not sure if I had the Presence dimed though, need to check.

Don't recall mine being "flubby" with everything dimed, but I'll double check. Any chance it could be a side effect of the re-amper (PS2-A)?

Playing kicks ass, deserving of amp for sure.
Many of us are envious of you out here in Marshall land!
Thanks man 🤘 whilst I appreciate you saying that I feel I just sound awful. I think it's due to the lack of compression suddenly all my mistakes are so on show. Hopefully Itll click or it will make me a better play at some point.... .

Been struggling with the Fryette running extremely hot and had it fart out. Also non stop smell of burning is present not sure what's going on there...

Hey man, the tone is there! Yeah, playing a super lead can be a little unnerving at first - they’re not terribly forgiving. I wonder if maybe the Fryette would do better if you didn’t have it tucked underneath the cabinet? So it could ventilate a little better? Just a thought.

This is probably that hardest that Fryette has been pushed. Mine gets hot and my first few times running the SLP into it I could smell it burning a bit, but it doesn't do that anymore. The Fryette folks said "no worries, it's doing it's job." But yeah, I agree with the above comment, give it some air.

A burning smell typically isn't good, but if they say it's fine, it's probably fine and they know what's producing the smell (load resistors...). I know the Weber Mass 200 can produce a smell when hot.
