Maccaferri acoustic, need info

Hello all.
I inherited from my dad a Maccaferri Gypsy jazz guitar and I don't have any info about it.
I just know that my brother's godfather gave it to him in the late 70s-early 80s.
I'll attach photos as well.
Do you have any info about it's woods and price? I have no idea about acoustic guitars.

The bridge appears to be out of place. How's the intonation?

I found this. It's the same guitar listed for $3495/$3605.

It's a pretty rare guitar since it's signed by Maccaferri. The link below is a really good description of the guitar and a link to the sale price.
