Looking for something I don't remember what.
Bought a Origin 50,love the thing. Thank you for the help. perfect for the area and pedals !
I was going to say, I reckon the Origin 50 is Marshall's best pedal platform without spending big.
A mate of mine, who is a very tasty player, uses a 50H Origin and 2 x 12 to great effect with a whole host of pedals in front of it. He doesn't use the loop at all though everything goes in the front inc. all delay & modulation pedals. Sounds really good though.

Congrats @Sgrady41, you’re in for a lot of fun!

Looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

There are plenty of members here that are “old guys” like us too.!

Do I see a wine red LP Custom on your wall?

As OP wants a combo, That would be the 4010 or 4104 combos. That would be killer too but can get very loud very fast. Depends what level OP can play at most of the time and how much versatility.
They do embody the sound of the 70s/80s but do sound better louder.
OP should go with a 4010. I’ve got a 4104 and I don’t like moving it around much. The 4010 is the more sensible choice imo
