Just after the tuner, after the Blues Driver, or in the FX loop? If the latter before or after chorus, delay and flanger?

Thanks

I have a JHS 3 Series Reverb on my 6101.
In the loop, after the chorus (& EQ).
I'm not much of a delay fan, so not sure about where that would go in the chain.
Also don't use a flanger, but I thought those were better out front.

This is how I run my flanger, chorus, delay and reverb in the loop. Front row is in the front of the amp back row is in the loop. Order is from right to left. Some people like chorus before flange but I prefer flange before chorus. There's no set rules on order but I always have delay and reverb the last 2 things in the chain with reverb always at the end. This is on my Origin 20H but I would do it the same order on any amp. In the front of the amp I would do tuner then Blues Driver.
