Hot Mod V2 in a JTM45?

The thing with a JTM45 or any non-master volume amp is when you add the mod it pushes the volume. So it’s going to more sensitive/touchy and loud unless you have a master volume or use an attenuator. I know lots of people enjoy it with the non-master volume series amps still, but I think they are best with master volume circuits in general.

Hey, I'm looking at one on Reverb that's reverse wired.
Is that something easy to change?

I can do it but it will cost you shipping both ways. Not sure it’s worth it for you on whatever the used one costs. But yes you can email me at [email protected]. It involves changing pins 1,2,3 with 6,7,8 and I also replace the male socket to make it cleaner.
