Pics are too grainy to make out details.
Modern cab - should have a serial # sticker that starts with the year.
Are you asking before buying, or do you own this cab?

Why pre or post-1994?
If your concern is the speaker date, get a pic of the codes on the speaker frame legs.

Thats 2001 at the earliest as thats when celestion started putting the date code on the magnet with a sticker.

If you get a photo of the date code that should also state if the speakers are made in England or China as that will have a bearing on the value.
