Nothing and no one supercedes the constitution of the united states of america

In theory...

We the people have long since ceded that notion. The capitol should be stormed and restored by able-bodied men with rifles. I say that in jest because even though that is "necessary and proper" the average idiot who voted us into this fix would fuck it up again. I adore Jefferson's philosophy, but his version of the common man and mine are night and day.

I used to be a rather polarized individual, zealously debating "the other side" whenever the opportunity presented itself. Soon, I realized that was the game... two sides with 25% championship of the "righteous issues" and 75% corruption and pandering.

15 years ago, I would have lost it in November '08'. Instead, I just laughed and said "America deserves exactly what its voters ask for".

Also lets understand the meaning of the word in the conversation here. It is "supersede" not "supercede" it remains a very common mispelled word.

To supersede means "to take place of, or to displace in favor of another".

thx nuke, this is the definition i was speaking of

But Congress has passed many laws that are unconstitutional

You are absolutly right Buggs, and they will continue to do so until we yhe people quit fighting amongst ourselves about right and left. We must vote in canidates that will get America back to the constitution and shrink government.

The government only has the authority to only perform those tasks the constitution grants to them. All other power should reside with you and I, freedom.

UN absolutly does not supersede the US Constitution in any way no matter how much our elected repersenitives would like you to believe it does, fact is they know we the people are not even paying attention.

Until the American voter wakes up and understands that many of our elected view the constitution as an obsticle to their agenda this will continue. We have to vote in people who understand the constitution and will not work outside it.

The current President of the United States is prime example of one who ignores, misinterprets, and blatantly dislikes it. Lack of education and liberal indoctrination in our nations universities has resulted in the decline and corruption of our country.

It all starts with "Congress shall pass no law....."

i had to go back and highlight this one, this is dead on. and it aint all about obama.
bush1, clinton, and bush2 were, and ARE STILL on THE SAME PAGE.

i'll put forth another question that ive already asked many times, but have yet to recieve a reasonable, credible answer, aside from the obvious conclusion.
why are most of our presidents, and most powerful "faces" related to not only each other, but usually have blood ties that go back to the royal family of britain? WHY?

the answer to me is obvious. but where is the outrage??? its fucking insulting to me that they sell us this bullshit about choice.

if I were president, the first thing i would do, is take care of these clowns guantanamo style. lock em up, and let them sit until we are ready to put them on trial. bankers and politicians, guilty until proven innocent.
this is obviously just my silly fantasy. but it would be sweet justice.

It will not be hard to make America great again, painful for some yes but its not to late. We the people have the power, the government hacks serve us. But this is all upside down now as government rules literally everything in our lifes.

Educate yourself on the Constitution so you cannot be lied too or fooled, government is counting on you not doing this. Government is not supposed to be the enemy, they are suppose to protect we the people and that's it. What we have in this country today what equates to soft tyranny. The constitition is very specific as to what the government can and cannot do. Anything they do beyond that is unconstitutional.

People, we have hacks in the courts, deviants in the congress, a blatant propagandist in the White House who is excellent at lying with a straight face, and the Fedreal Reserve robbing the treasury (you) everyday. Then we have the media who refuse to report news but rather offers opinion and narritives from the elite, and that opinion always supports big government.

Those who support this government today do so because its all good for them or they think it is. Some are getting government hand out wheather that be a big government contract of simply food stamps, perhaps they have a nice paying government job, or are one of the 50% that pay no income tax. It is not sustainable!! This is why we have so much debt. The average American cannot even articlate the difference between the deficit and the debt.

The goal is one world government one world monetary policy, this goal will forever detroy freedom and any higher standard of living.

We must vote out any and all politicians who would ignore the constitition or we are done as a nation. An article today reads;

USA has record $61.6 TRILLION in unfunded obligations; $534,000 per household...
Wake up people, they are making promises that they cannot keep.

right, 534K per household.

can someone explain to me the rationale for employing a federal reserve system that makes money on interest, when we could very well print our own money, interest free?

a side note: JFK was not planning to renew the federal reserve charter. we know how that turned out, and LBJ was more than happy to sign on the dotted line, renewing the charter for another 50 years. that charter would be due to expire in 2013 or 2014?. i say it 'would' be due to expire, except that our congress has preemptively renewed the charter INDEFINITELY. there is no expiration any more. interesting no?
imagine how things may have been different if JFK had survived. he also made an amazingly bold speech regarding secret societies and their grip on our economy and politics, search it out. he was pissing off a lot of powerful people, in the interest of YOU AND ME.

did you know that at 5.5% interest, at the end of one year, you will have paid NOT 94.5% toward principal, but approx 20% toward principal, and approx 80% in INTEREST. now apply those figures to our goverment debt, which is YOUR DEBT to the federal reserve which loans us our 'federal reserve notes'. how on earth can this be sustainable in ANY society???? any accounting wizards, please feel free to correct my math if im off here, i believe this is pretty accurate though...
ever notice that prices never really go down? that the value of your money never really increases? everything always moves in a specific trajectory that is less value for the amount of dollars in your pocket. this is a fundamental issue. whom does this type of system benefit?

why cant we get back to actual money (not "notes"), that is backed up by gold or some other tangible commodity? oh thats right, b/c we are in a stranglehold, we couldnt get out from under this system if we tried, that is, not without some real pain and sacrifice.

this has been the money changers strategy for centuries. kings and now presidents and prime ministers are no more than slaves to their masters, and we in turn, are slaves to them. we cant default on our debt, b/c they can dissolve the whole economy and send a nation into complete anarchy and shortage. not to mention the obvious potential for military vulnerability.

this is why a culture of compassion and helping your fellow man is such an important concept. we cant get out of it, if we dont change the culture of selfishness and petty materialism.

The UN is a bunch of self serving buffoons who seek to line their own pockets. Screw them. The current administration does not supercede the Constitution no matter what they may think.

I meant to post this response the other day....forgot about it until i read the second link i'm posting....no matter who you remove this will always happen.
It was a built in scapegoat almost from the beginning when the Constitution was drafted
these are not long but make sure you have time to read both links
