i can and do respect your honesty and self awareness.

i cant submit just yet, maybe im just too dumb to recognize the futility of it, but fuck, i cant submit to apathy. i spent most of my life doing just that. its time for me to try and be constructive.

will my efforts be in vain? quite possibly, but as LH said, at the end of the day i can say i honestly tried.

I understand many come here as a means of escape. I do as well. But I am always ready to talk about this shit. Like it or not, there is a grim reality that Americans face. I have been told by members that "I cant do anything to stop it" or "if change comes, it comes. If it benefits me, I'll be in the streets raising my fists". And thats all cool if thats the position you want to take. Im not here to twist arms. Fact is, if the "meltdown" happens it will already be to late. I am a firm believer in letting people believe what they want. I am all for self determination.
It doesnt matter if you believe in the NWO or bankers working secretly to take things over or other scenarios. What does matter are the facts.

Dollar's Reign as World's Main Reserve Currency Is Near an End - WSJ.com

IMF discusses plan to replace dollar as reserve currency - Feb. 10, 2011

Here are the facts that ALL Americans but wake up to. If the dollar is no longer the world reserve currency it will make our debt problem so much worse. How does that translate for the avg American? HIGHER PRICES on everything. Gas here in AZ is $3.30 a gal right now for the cheap stuff. If we lose our WRC status it will go to $6.60 over night at least. Price of bread at Walmart right now is $1.18. Overnight it would go to $2.36. DOUBLE the price on everything at least.
Why is the media tossing out stories like the ones I linked? To get us use to the fact that its coming. But they dont tell the whole story.

For those of you who want to say people like me or Scat7 are paranoid, I dare you to do the research and prove me wrong.Im not talking about you researching the Rothschilds etc. Im talking about researching the economy. I hope I am wrong. I pray I am wrong. I challenge someone here to prove me wrong. I would love nothing more than to be wrong on this.

Not taking exception to what you say LFH, and sort of a derail. Gas here is 3.68 at it's LOWEST; bread is at least 1.60 for the cheapest, non-nutritional kind you can get! I fully expect $5.00+ gas by this summer in our part of the country, based on the fact that we are still in Winter, and a Non-High-Travel time currently. When Summer rolls around and people are putting it in demand, I will not be suprised to see it crest $5.

Now here's a conspiracy for you: Watch the evening news (either local or national) and listen to them tell you that figure for the 'national average' gallon of gas......you guys have it ok down there at 3.30, but that's the average..........if I'm at 3.70, then who's paying 2.90/3.00???? Some little gas station outside of Faibanks that noone goes to? :hmm: :naughty:

Rant over.

We're all only men, and that's all we'll ever be.

I'm 21 and just believe corporations control everything.

Governments are just a form of public management and illusion.

You're just a number. Even if you wear a Breitling watch and drive a new BMW and go to the bahamas annually and you think you're upper middle class and have power and status, you're still merely a worker.

I think most just 'play the game', become a manager of a company and don't care about quality or the fact that the system fails on people who need help.

I get what you are saying. I could only speak about cost where I live. Get this, I dont pay for gas. At least not in my cars. But I pay for it in the goods I buy as their gas cost play in to pricing.

You are right about the $5 gas. Look at what the rest of the world spends on gas. Can you imagine paying $52 for 13 gals of gas? I figured $4 a gal to arrive at that price. What if its $6 a gal like in other countries. Do you know why gas is cheaper here? Its because oil is pegged to the dollar. If they unpeg it (as they have been talking about) then cost will go up. Other countries must buy DOLLARS to buy oil. We just continue to print (counterfeit) the dollar. This is the only reason gas for us is cheaper.

Here in AZ gas prices where going up in Dec. UNHEARD of here. But I knew before Dec this was coming. $119 for a barrel of oil will be cheap when we look back on this months from now.

"Bankers gathered in their masseeeeeeees,
just like witches at black masseeeeeees" :hmm:

To go back even further, the day democracy died in Greece(in practice) was when they mined for silver. Certain high rankers got greedy which made the division between rich and poor. GREED is our enemy.
Ordinary people (us) usually think and practice democracy, whether at home or at work. Do the elite practice it?
As soon as someone at the top tries to practice it properly, assasination(shit) happens!
Any pollie around the world that utters the word democracy and still lives means shit to me.
I only read about half of the original post and flew through the rest as it made me sick.
