Amp pot Identification

Who made these pots & where would I source something with the same dimensions? The frame is part of the pot.

Make? Model? Value?

The frame can be removed and fitted to a standard 16mm PCB pot, if you are careful.
Tried cleaning them or are the spindles broken off?

Thanks. I sprayed them with Deoxit last night. I wont be able to test until tomorrow.
