I'm kinda doing the same thing. I have a JJ jr. that is a beast but not sure that it's the right beast. Once the have a chance to AB the two I'll have a better idea of which one I'm gona keep.

A better attenuator! I've tried going the cheap route and haven't been totally satisfied with the results so I pulled the trigger, will be here Tuesday.

Been playing nonstop for about 3 hours and as pentatonicwanker and mcblink stated, the cleans are great but I suspect that I'll be spending more time on the darker side of the amp and as written "it's loud". Deftone, Just Do It! (smile)

I have the PPC112, not muddy at all with a V30. That said, it now has a Greenback and responds well with all of my amps including OR20.

Cleaning the pot may be all it needs.

Stand unless playing acoustic.
