What is on your gear wish list?

I just got what was on my wish list. There really isn't anything else I want or need right now.

No, all I did was remove the speaker, tried another one, then put the speaker back in and the problem was gone. The speaker was probably too tight or to loose, maybe due to climate change from where it was shipped from or something like that.

It’s got to be something like that. Maybe too loose? Maybe the climate change from where it was shipped.

I forgot I posted this here... an update. The next day I put the greenback back in because even tho I had to run the bass way down low I still liked the GB better than the SB and for whatever reason the bass issue was gone. I have no clue what happened to change that, all I did was swap the...

You guys are killing me! I don't know why no one believes me when I say I want 10" speakers. I like 10" speakers and I want a small rig. I'm just an at home player and I'm trying to keep things small and light. I have a jacked up back and neck that's only getting worse as I get older. I'm...

I'm using my 112 cab along with the combo speaker and it's great. But, I'm actually thinking about having a 210 vertical cab built to match the combo for a little mini stack.

Well after having this amp for a few days now I'm just blown away every time I turn it on. The tones I've scratched and clawed for for 30 something damn years and could never quite get are just effortless with this amp, it does everything I've ever wanted from an amp. I could never justify...

Had a weird thing happen. My combo came with a greenback in it. I was having to turn the bass all the way down because it was really bassy, but it wasn’t like that if I unplugged the combo speaker and plugged in a cab with a different speaker. I just figured maybe it’s because the speaker isnt...

This amp was very bassy, too much any where above 9:00 or too little if I dialed it back. I don't know if the speaker just needs breaking in or what, but I just swapped it out with my 10" Scumback M75 and problem solved! im not giving up on the Greenback though, I’m going to put it in a cab and...

Aha, see, I haven't used pedals in so long I forgot all the tricks. Just stacked my 2 ODs and oh boy, now we're having fun, hell yeah!

I don't understand why it has this low watt mode. It really doesn't seem to make that much difference and even at the lowest volume settings it sounds better in 20 watt mode.

I guess I need to get an SD-1 again. I keep seeing that it works really well with an 800. I have a Bad monkey and a TC mojomojo. the BM sounds better to me with this amp. I like the TC a lot with a clean fender style amp…my GR Harvard.

I have a 112 cab loaded with a vintage G12T-75 ('82) that I'm playing thru along with the internal speaker. Sounds pretty good that way. That's the white cab in the pic.

Yeah feel free to offer any advice, like I said I'm still learning the amp. It has a lot less gain than I'm used to so if anyone has any advice about getting into metal territory I'm all ears. Someone told me a Creamback is a better speaker for that. Anyway, it's got a lot of great tones in it...

So I haven't had a Marshall since I sold my DSL about 10 years ago and built my HG Plexi so I'm happy to be back in the fold. I've wanted a small 10" combo for a long time now and when these came out I thought it was perfect. Well it took me a while, but I finally was able to get one. Found this...

It’s posts like these that make appreciate the benefits of being single. I just bought an amp and didn’t have to justify it to anyone. :D

It was just a curiosity thing. I don't necessarily want to do that, just wondering if it was possible.
