What can you say about it (the attenuator and its use with the DSL) after most than a year than the post was made?

Hey mate! Just seen a post you've done in the thread about the DIY Attenuator designed by JohnH (below), and saw that, at least at that time, you were using it with a DSL40C. I recently bought an DSL100H, and I'm curious on how one could improve or not the sound of a DSL by using an attenuator.
